Peak Introduces Patch to Address Cannibalism and Bugs

The latest update for Peak resolves issues with invisible characters and reconfigures the cannibalism feature.

Peak has rolled out its latest patch, which tackles bugs and redefines the cannibalism feature in the game. After introducing a somewhat controversial ability to consume fellow players when hunger strikes, developer Landcrab has now added a toggle option for this feature. Players can switch off ‘Enable Cannibalism’ in the settings menu, ensuring that they won’t be turned into chickens by their friends during critical gaming moments.

Further, this update resolves performance issues arising from invisible character models that would crash the game. Now, players will see their fellow adventurers as they really are, instead of as hidden poultry. This patch aims to balance gameplay while preventing malicious trolling among communities.

As players return to their mountain climbing adventures, they can now rest easy knowing that they can stick to trail mix instead of contemplating the fate of their teammates in dire situations.
