Electronic Arts recently revealed that Battlefield 6 will feature an upgraded version of its forge mode, known as Portal. This mode is designed to give players greater control over customization aspects and gameplay scenarios.

• Custom Game Features: Players will be able to incorporate gameplay elements such as the ability to place bots, modify existing objects, and introduce custom UI elements to create personalized game modes.
• Server Browser: A new server browser will showcase player-made modes, highlighting them in official playlists, thus returning to a classic Battlefield culture.

Producer Alexia Christofi mentioned in a Q&A, “We’ve improved our main menu UI to make it easier to find, share, and create things”. This change aims to make exploring the server browser more user-friendly, addressing past feedback where it was often difficult to locate.

Players can look forward to creating and experiencing various custom community modes, further enriching the Battlefield experience as the series moves forward.
