Twitch streamer Ironmouse has achieved a remarkable feat by raising $1.3 million for the Immune Deficiency Foundation during a charity campaign. This amount significantly exceeds her initial target of $10,000.
Streamers like Ironmouse have historically contributed to numerous charitable causes, showcasing the power of community support. For instance, popular streamer CDawgVA raised about $500,000 for the same foundation, while Asmongold gathered nearly $400,000 for charity work concerning Ukraine.
Ironmouse’s campaign has resonated particularly well with her audience, given her personal connection to the cause; she suffers from a type of immune deficiency. The donations aim to ensure that individuals with Primary Immunodeficiency get access to essential medical treatments and care. Ironmouse had previously raised a significant amount for the same foundation, although the donations were not processed correctly by her former agency, VShojo. This led to her departure from the group.
Now, with over $1.3 million raised, the funds will be directly transferred to the foundation via the Tiltify fundraising platform, restoring trust for her supporters. This charity effort is ongoing, leaving room for even greater contributions to the cause.
