Pokemon GO Announces Munchlax Hatch Day
Pokemon GO has unveiled a new Munchlax Hatch Day scheduled for August 9, 2025. The event will take place from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, offering several exciting bonuses for players as they hatch Munchlax from 2 km Eggs.
During this time, players will enjoy:
- Increased Munchlax hatching frequency
- A greater chance to hatch shiny Munchlax
- Double Candy rewards from hatching
- More 2 km Eggs acquired from spinning PokeStops
Additionally, from August 7 at 10:00 AM until the event’s conclusion, players will benefit from reduced hatch distances, which is half the usual requirements.
Munchlax’s Hatch Day spans six hours, double the duration of prior events, addressing player feedback regarding shorter event times. Players can also participate in special Timed Research for added rewards, including Incubators and experience points, and can purchase tickets for further exclusive tasks during the event.
This event coincides with Snom’s debut in Pokemon GO, enhancing the excitement for trainers involved.
