Supergiant has announced that the upcoming patch for Hades 2 will be the final update before its 1.0 launch. This patch is set to introduce various improvements based on community feedback since the game entered early access last year. While the last update was hinted as the last, further adjustments were deemed necessary.
“While we said our prior patch would likely be our last, as the Fates would have it, there is indeed this one more, which includes further improvements, balance adjustments, and fixes based on your feedback and what we’ve observed.”

In this latest update, players will notice significant changes to weapon variants introduced prior, though some updates are considered spoilers for new players. Moreover, there are reports of voice actor changes, notably with Athena being recast from Marin Miller to Ethel Cutler amid the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike discussions.
The game’s transition into its full release is anticipated soon, with Supergiant aiming to keep the content coming until they are satisfied with its readiness. As of now, players can expect that all resources collected during early access will convert to in-game currency once Hades 2 officially launches.
