The automatic housing demolition timers reactivated on June 6 across all North American data centers, with a maximum expiration of 45 days that could affect players who haven’t logged in since then.

This news emerges during a lull before the upcoming patch. After the launch of the Dawntrail expansion, the game’s active subscriber base has dipped, with players expressing concerns about the direction of the game. In response to player feedback regarding the Forked Tower raid in the Occult Crescent, changes are expected to facilitate easier access for pre-made groups of up to 48 players. Additional modifications, alongside Viera and Hrothgar headgear, will be introduced in Patch 7.3 and future updates.

The next entry window for the housing lottery will open on Monday, July 21, at 11:00 AM Eastern, with results announced on Saturday, July 26. Players are advised to explore each housing district to identify available plots before entering the lottery.
