Nintendo has launched a new Donkey Kong Bananza Rally Towel reward in the US My Nintendo Store, available for all Nintendo account holders while stock lasts. The game, acclaimed as one of the best of the year, aims to highlight the capabilities of the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 during its first year.
Originally released over 25 years after Donkey Kong 64 in 1999, Donkey Kong Bananza debuted on July 17, 2025, marking it as the second 3D installment in the series. Developed by the team behind Super Mario Odyssey, players take on the role of Donkey Kong and his partner Pauline as they explore underground to uncover the Planet Core’s secrets, which are rumored to grant any wish. They must race against the Void Company, consisting of Void King, Grumpy Kong, and Poppy Kong, who intend to seize the treasures of the world first. Before their journey, players can take advantage of various free rewards available within My Nintendo Store’s constantly evolving product catalog.
