Xbox Game Pass Welcomes Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 on Day One

Xbox Game Pass adds the much-anticipated Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4, enhancing its offering with new titles.

Xbox Game Pass Shines with New Title

Xbox Game Pass has recently welcomed Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 to its Ultimate and PC tiers. Developed by Iron Galaxy and published by Activision, this game is one of the most exciting additions to the Xbox Game Pass in recent weeks.

Every month, new games are added to and removed from Xbox Game Pass. Earlier this July, the service added other titles like Ultimate Chicken Horse, The Ascent, and Minami Lane. Notably, while the first two games are available across all tiers, Minami Lane was a day one console release exclusive to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC.

The new game, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, is a remake of the third and fourth installments of the Pro Skater series featuring enhanced graphics and controls alongside significant gameplay changes. The overall design of THPS3 remains intact, whereas THPS4 experiences more substantial alterations, including the removal of free-roaming mode in Career mode, aligning it closer to earlier games in the franchise.

This title has received favorable reviews, earning an average critic score of 84, as many reviewers lauded the gaming experience while raising concerns regarding the exclusion of specific elements from the fourth game.

Looking forward, Xbox Game Pass subscribers can anticipate more games arriving this July, such as High on Life on July 15, Wheel World on July 23, and the highly anticipated Wuchang: Fallen Feathers on July 24. Additionally, at the end of the month, Obsidian Entertainment will launch the early access version of Grounded 2 on Game Pass for players eager to try it out.

For August, only titles like Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 Enhanced and Gears of War: Reloaded have been confirmed, paving the way for potential further announcements as Xbox Game Pass often adds around a dozen new games each month.
