Playdead’s popular puzzle platformers, Limbo and Inside, will no longer be available on GOG after July 17, 2025.
Though no specific reason for the removal has been disclosed, it coincides with ongoing legal conflicts that Playdead has with its co-founder, Dino Patti.
Background on the Games
Limbo debuted in 2010, while Inside was released in 2016, garnering critical acclaim for their unique visual styles and engaging puzzles. If you’ve been contemplating picking them up, now is the crucial time—both titles will be unavailable for purchase soon.
Despite their delisting from GOG, both games remain purchasable through other platforms such as Steam.
