Roll7's OlliOlli World and Rollerdrome Removed from Steam

Roll7's acclaimed skateboarding games, OlliOlli World and Rollerdrome, have been taken off Steam following the studio's shutdown after a corporate buyout.

Roll7, the studio famed for the OlliOlli skateboarding series, has seen its games OlliOlli World and Rollerdrome removed from Steam. This decision follows the studio’s closure, which occurred after Take-Two Interactive sold its Private Division label last year.

While Roll7’s earlier titles, OlliOlli and OlliOlli 2: Welcome to Olliwood, remain available, thanks to being published by Devolver Digital, the removal of the newer titles raises questions about their future.

Moreover, other games related to Private Division, like Kerbal Space Program 2, still retain their availability, hinting that not all game rights were transferred to the new ownership. In the meantime, retailers like Humble continue to offer OlliOlli World and Rollerdrome for sale. Players who’ve purchased these titles can still access them through their Steam libraries.
