New Dinosaur-Themed Update for Roblox's Grow a Garden Launches Alongside Jurassic World Rebirth

The latest update for Grow a Garden introduces exciting dino-themed content, launching just as Jurassic World Rebirth hits theaters.

Players of Roblox can now explore a new dinosaur-themed update for Grow a Garden, available from today, July 5. This new content drop aligns perfectly with the release of Jurassic World Rebirth earlier this month.

Grow a Garden stands as one of the most remarkable success stories in Roblox, initially developed by a solo teenager and launched in late March. It has achieved notable milestones, including becoming the first Roblox game to surpass 5 million concurrent players, a record that has since multiplied four times. In April, Splitting Point Studios, a game development outfit from Florida, acquired a minority share in the game and has been co-developing it along with Do Big Studios, which also holds a minor stake.

On July 5, Grow a Garden unveiled its much-anticipated Prehistoric Update, introducing new dinosaur pets, unique seeds, and a variety of content aimed at encouraging players to engage with the game regularly. Among the highlights is the Bone Blossom Seed, now recognized as the most valuable crop with a base value of 175,000 Sheckles, contributing significantly to players’ in-game finances.

This content launch coincides strategically with the release of Jurassic World Rebirth, which garnered over $318 million within five days of its release, further stimulating interest in the dinosaur theme among the gaming community.
