The Polish AWPer, Mateusz “mantuu” Wilczewski, has announced the conclusion of his contract with 9INE after a 14-month tenure. This change aligns with his recovery from an arm injury that he suffered earlier this year against fnatic.
In a statement on social media, the 27-year-old expressed his openness to new opportunities while he heals. “I’m eager to find an organization willing to employ me as a content creator, documenting my recovery, life beyond CS, and my return to the game in the upcoming months,” he mentioned.
Additionally, he emphasized his availability for analyst positions suitable for teams and tournament organizers.
Following his exit, Rasmus “raalz” Steensborg is the only original member of the roster, with Ismail “refrezh” Ali currently benched. mantuu had an impressive average rating of 1.08 during his gameplay with 9INE, who nearly broke into the top 30 toward March.
In closing, he expressed gratitude to the CS community for their amazing support during this challenging period, promising to be prepared for his next professional chapter soon.
