If you’re concerned about Windows 10 losing its support, fear not. Microsoft has introduced an update to their Extended Security Updates (ESU) program, providing an additional year of updates for a nominal fee that has now been waived. Users can participate by activating the Windows Backup feature, allowing them to keep their systems safe without any cost.
You can also opt for an extra year of updates by redeeming Microsoft Rewards points instead of paying a $30 fee. Though the program is temporary, it offers crucial patches for security, providing users more time to transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11 or other alternatives.
