Executive Producer Anatoly Shestov shared insights with The Gamer, stating, “We will be redoing everything from scratch, including design aspects and core gameplay features.” Shestov emphasized that changes will extend to basic statistics.
The new direction aims to reduce complexity compared to their previous title, Rogue Trader, which suffered from convoluted mechanics. As Shestov noted, the goal is to enhance the player experience with less buggy and more polished gameplay.
