Launch Schedule Announced for Mists of Pandaria Classic in World of Warcraft
World of Warcraft's Mists of Pandaria Classic is set to launch with significant updates and new content for players.
World of Warcraft has unveiled plans for the upcoming Mists of Pandaria Classic expansion, detailing significant updates that will arrive throughout July. The first highlight is that players will experience the revamped talent system and can start playing the Monk class starting July 1. Additionally, the expansion raises the level cap from 85 to 90, introducing the Monk class that features roles such as Tank, Healer, or Melee DPS. Inspired by real-world Eastern cultures, the Monk’s transmogrification sets promise a welcomed aesthetic touch.
The eagerly awaited Pandaren race will also be introduced as the first neutral race for both Alliance and Horde players. Completing the Pandaren starting journey will reward players with the Shaohao’s Sage Serpent mount for sky riding.
Here’s a glimpse of the key dates:
- July 1: Launch of Pandaren Race, Monk Class, and more.
- July 21: Access to the Pandaria continent and the new level-cap of 90.
- July 31: The Mogu’shan Vaults raid opens, allowing groups of players to tackle its six bosses.
World of Warcraft players have until July 1 to take advantage of a 50% XP boost, a tactical encouragement to rejoin the adventure as the game steps back into the enchanting land of Pandaria.
