World of Warcraft Patch 11.2 Introduces New Map Tooltip for Enhanced Gameplay

Patch 11.2 for World of Warcraft includes a new feature to help players identify active story variants in Delves, enhancing the gaming experience.

In the upcoming Patch 11.2 of World of Warcraft, players will benefit from an innovative tooltip feature on the world map that indicates the active story variant within a Delve. This quality-of-life improvement aims to simplify the process for players seeking to complete challenging achievements without engaging in less enjoyable Delve stories.

The Delve instances allow players to participate solo or in groups, offering various story variants that modify enemy types, objectives, and pathways. The active variants rotate daily, keeping gameplay fresh and engaging.

This change addresses two significant needs: it aids players in achieving the Delve Loremaster: The War Within accomplishment and offers the option to select storylines that are more enjoyable, steering clear of those they dislike.

Furthermore, Delves are expected to remain a staple in future expansions, making these enhancements beneficial for extended gameplay.

While the release date for Patch 11.2 hasn’t been finalized, based on the historical update schedule, it is anticipated to roll out around August 12.
