Nintendo has pushed out Version 13.0.4 for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in June 2025, marking a minor update. Players should note that this release mainly addresses small issues.
The game, developed by Bandai Namco Studios and Sora Ltd., allows players to engage in combat with diverse characters from Nintendo’s rich library, featuring well-known figures like Link and Pikachu, as well as iconic characters from franchises such as Final Fantasy.
Recently, the game’s creator received an honorary recognition from the Japanese government for his significant contributions to the gaming industry. The Super Smash Bros. series, a fan favorite both in Japan and worldwide, has had five iterations since its inception in 1999, including Melee and Brawl, in addition to entries on the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U.
