Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is finally out today for PC, and to celebrate this release, Marvel Rivals has introduced a new Spider-Man skin in its shop.

In addition to the Spider-Man 2 costume, players can also purchase a ‘Once Bonded, Twice Shy’ emote, a nameplate, and a spray, though there is no MVP animation available. The entire bundle is available for 1400 units (approximately $14), while the standalone skin can be purchased for 1200 units (around $12).

Players are encouraged to earn units by completing event missions or progressing through the battle pass.

Although the costume might not seem groundbreaking, any new appearance for Spider-Man invariably excites a segment of the gaming community.

One player humorously stated, “Goodbye to my retirement plans—I’m just starting a ‘Marvel Rival Skins are Fire Fund.’”

Amid the excitement, others predict that the new skin may lead to mixed results in gameplay:
