The next Grand Theft Auto Online update could potentially include purchasable mansions. After the recent “Money Fronts” update that dropped on June 17, data miners quickly found clues hinting at a significant new update slated for this year.
Since its launch in 2013, Rockstar Games has consistently released new content updates for GTA Online, generally dropping major updates in the summer and winter. With fans awaiting the next significant patch after the “Agents of Sabotage” update in December 2024, the data miners revealed possible upcoming content earlier today following the latest update’s launch.
Notably, leaks show new in-game files hint at the introduction of mansions into the game, likely alongside a new website called Prix Luxury Real Estate. A line noted “You have earned an exclusive discount on a future property purchase with Prix Luxury Real Estate. They will be in contact again soon when properties become available.” Currently, this entity does not exist in GTA Online. Rumors also suggest that three new missions will accompany this update, all linked to luxury property development.
Given the timeline, more details about the update remain elusive, and as excitement grows among fans, many are hoping this will be a precursor to a larger update possibly intertwined with Grand Theft Auto 6. Developer Rockstar Games has recently announced a delay for GTA 6 to May 26, 2026, allowing for improved gameplay and features. As anticipation builds, players are left wondering how this will affect GTA Online moving forward.
