Fans of Gamer Robot’s Blox Fruits will see more frequent updates to the Roblox RPG. Blox Fruits is among the more popular games found within Roblox, with an active player count of around 200,000 and over 50 billion visits so far.

With such a large following, the developers at Gamer Robot have been exploring ways to enhance the One Piece-inspired RPG. In 2024, Blox Fruits implemented dedicated servers for players. This upgrade proved particularly beneficial for new gamers seeking to explore the vast world without being overwhelmed by large crowds. Now, Gamer Robot aims to further enhance player experiences by introducing more frequent updates to the Roblox-hosted RPG.

Starting in July 2025 with the Summer Expansion, Blox Fruits will see weekly updates rolled out to gamers. As per a recent Blox Bulletin, these updates will introduce several fruit reworks, entirely new gameplay mechanics, and multiple features fans have been requesting. A temporary event will be held to celebrate Blox Fruit’s 50 billion visits milestone, offering players opportunities to earn exclusive items, in addition to laying the groundwork for future updates.

Gamer Robot hopes this new method of delivering content updates will foster a consistent experience for players. Prior to this announcement, developers provided players with sporadic content updates and limited-time codes. Players can still redeem various codes for Blox Fruits that unlock different bonuses. The current bonuses include 20 minutes of 2x experience, stat resets, and in-game titles.

While players await the implementation of weekly updates, the world of Roblox has a wide array of games to explore. For example, Grow a Garden reached a record active player count just a few months after its release, boasting around 3 million active users since its launch in March 2025. With such high numbers trying to access the game, some players reported that Roblox experienced crashes due to the surge in users.

Despite being a few years older, Blox Fruits remains a popular example of RPGs found within Roblox.
