Minecraft’s upcoming updates, Vibrant Visuals and Chase the Skies, are set to release tomorrow, June 17.

Bedrock players will have access to both updates that promise to enhance gameplay. The Vibrant Visuals update will introduce a significant visual upgrade, making the game’s environments more stunning with added shaders.

The Chase the Skies update will introduce new mechanics involving leads and craftable saddles, along with a player locator bar. A highlight of this update is the introduction of the Happy Ghast, a new mob that allows players to ride around the map, though players will need to venture through the Nether to locate and raise a dried ghast first.

Java players will still be able to experience the Chase the Skies update; however, they’ll miss out on the visual enhancements, at least for now. Despite the differences, gameplay will not be affected, allowing players to enjoy their adventures together.
