Dying Light: The Beast Set for August Release After Three-Year Wait

The standalone game, Dying Light: The Beast, has officially announced its release date following its unveiling at the Summer Game Fest.

After a lengthy waiting period of three years, Techland has announced that Dying Light: The Beast will finally be available on August 22. This standalone game was showcased during this year’s Summer Game Fest, alongside a trailer that captivated zombie and action game enthusiasts alike.

In Dying Light: The Beast, players will once again step into the shoes of Kyle Crane, the main character from the original game. However, Crane’s life has taken a dark turn: after enduring thirteen years of gruesome experiments orchestrated by a villain known as The Baron, he has emerged with powers intertwined with those of the zombies he fought against.

The game promises to deliver a fresh gameplay experience where players can ‘unleash the beast’, referencing the untapped potential of Crane’s new abilities. Notably, those who already own the Dying Light 2: Stay Human Ultimate Edition will receive this new game for free upon its launch.

As the excitement builds, you can wishlist Dying Light: The Beast now on Steam.
