CD Projekt Red has shared a new look at The Witcher 4 during Epic’s State of Unreal livestream, highlighting gameplay featuring the character Ciri in an expansive world built on Unreal Engine 5.

Highlights From the Demo

The demo showcased a merchant being menaced by a manticore, with CDPR’s cinematic director Kajetan Kapiński actively participating in gameplay. Visually rich environments, intricate character movements, and realistic interactions were highlighted, setting the stage for an immersive experience.

“We are making this game to be the most immersive and ambitious open-world Witcher game ever.” - CDPR’s Sebastian Kalemba.
