In this year’s Computex show held in Taipei, many PC cases were showcased, but one caught my attention: the Havn BF 360.
Available in both black and white, the BF 360 shares a similar design with Havn’s previous model, the HS 420, which was recognized as the best PC case at one point. This new case has enhanced cable management features and considerable fan compatibility. Notably, it can accommodate large case fans up to 180 mm in size. Havn plans to offer this case either with or without pre-installed fans, although opting for the latter option ensures buyers receive two of Havn’s H Series 180 mm fans along with a rear-mounted 140 mm fan.
You can fit up to four 180 mm fans in various configurations and even install up to two 360 mm radiators.
The design also intelligently directs airflow directly to the GPU, according to Steven Levitt from Pro Gamers Group, who stated, “So it basically directs all of the airflow to the GPU. We’ve noticed other cases using this sort of method, but we’ve tested this against all the high airflow cases on the market, and we’re number one for CPU and GPU performance.”
However, a minor drawback is the less visually appealing back panel design, which lacks the style of the HS 420. Pricing is still under consideration, but it’s expected to be below the HS 420, anticipated to be around £200. There’s a possibility that large fan setups like these will trend in the future.
