MOZA Racing, noted for its affordable racing hardware, has partnered with Lamborghini to introduce an impressive sim racing wheel inspired by the prestigious Lamborghini Essenza SCV12. This new wheel made its debut at the Dallas DreamHack event, showcasing the collaboration to excited attendees.
The Essenza SCV12 wheel is designed to replicate the experience of driving Lamborghini’s exclusive track-only hypercar. During the event, it was paired with the MOZA R16 Direct Drive Wheelbase and mBooster active pedals, aimed at providing the most authentic racing simulator experience.
With MOZA’s reputation for creating budget-friendly racing hardware, the new gear utilizes some of their more premium tech. The R16 Wheelbase currently retails at $639 and boasts features like 16Nm of direct drive torque and a sophisticated 21-bit magnetic encoder.
The included mBooster pedals, available in a premium configuration, come with advanced features such as dual 200KG load cell sensors and custom setups via MOZA Pit House software, assuring a realistic driving feel.
This collaboration is hailed as the most accessible way many enthusiasts can experience a Lamborghini steering wheel, although it might not come cheap. Pricing details for this wheel will be available upon its official launch, which can be followed through MOZA’s website.
