'We Hear You': RoadCraft Developer Promises Fixes Following Player Feedback

Saber Interactive commits to enhancing RoadCraft based on community feedback, introducing fixes and new features.

The new driving simulator RoadCraft, developed by the creators of MudRunner and SnowRunner, has drawn mixed reviews since its launch. Initially, the game was critiqued for not being as hardcore as SnowRunner, which had more realistic features like fuel management and vehicle damage. Despite these critiques, the game has received a Mostly Positive rating on Steam as more players engage with it.

Saber Interactive has acknowledged player concerns, affirming that they are addressing feedback. They’ve stated, “We hear you,” and have been actively monitoring community comments, working towards urgent fixes and improving overall gameplay experiences.

Promised Updates and Fixes

The developers are implementing alternative control schemes, particularly for crane operations, based on player suggestions. They are also tackling technical glitches related to visual textures that some Nvidia drivers have caused. During this time, reverting to an earlier driver version may alleviate some issues.

Looking ahead, Saber Interactive plans to introduce new vehicles, including rescue trucks equipped with winches, all of which will be provided to players free of charge. The game will also feature a new Hard Mode intended for those seeking added challenge, which will involve fuel management mechanics.

While no specific release date for these upcoming features has been set, Saber Interactive promises to reveal more information after a critical patch rollout to enhance gameplay according to player feedback. In the meantime, players can expect an enriched experience as the developers work closely with the community.
