Ubisoft has announced that the Riders Republic game, which launched as an exhilarating open-world extreme sports experience in 2021, is set to be adapted into a movie. The film promises to feature breathtaking stunts set in the snowy landscapes of the Alps.
While the game is known for its engaging activities such as biking, skiing, and snowboarding competitions, the film is expected to infuse these themes with an entertaining narrative.

The directing duo of Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, recognized for their work on Bad Boys for Life, will helm the project. Meanwhile, screenwriter Noé Debré, noted for winning a Palme d’Or, will craft the screenplay. Ubisoft’s track record with film adaptations has been uneven, but excitement surrounds this new venture as they expand their gaming universe into Hollywood.
In addition to Riders Republic, Ubisoft has plans for multiple film and television adaptations based on its notable franchises including Splinter Cell and Assassin’s Creed.
