In a recent discussion, NAVI’s head coach B1ad3 shared insights into the team’s performance struggles in 2025, particularly emphasizing their difficulties since the return of s1mple to FaZe after their success against BIG in Astana.
Natus Vincere is currently close to securing a position in the playoffs at PGL Astana, following victories against M80 and BIG, reaffirming their status as tournament favorites alongside Spirit. However, B1ad3 acknowledged that their consistency, which had previously driven them to a series of grand finals, has waned this year due to the heightened competition level.
“The competitive level is enormous, which I believe is why we have been losing,” B1ad3 remarked. “I acknowledge that we have played some matches this year with less quality than required, likely stemming from a lack of motivation.”
The coach also elaborated on the team’s shortcomings in T-side performances and reflected on s1mple’s reintegration back into FaZe, laying out his vision for improvement through an upcoming bootcamp.
He expressed hope that this intensive training session will revitalize the team’s strategies and performance, thus equipping them with the tools necessary to compete against elite teams at the Major.
