Images of the Powercolor Radeon RX 9070 GRE graphics card have been leaked, signaling a potential early release. The appearance of these images raises speculation that the new model may initially launch exclusively in China, as detailed by Videocardz.
Powercolor’s newest graphics card is based on the AMD Navi 48 chip, sharing similarities with both the RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT, but with some cores disabled. It is estimated to feature 3,072 Stream Processor cores, compared to 3,584 cores in the standard 9070 version.
Additionally, the RX 9070 GRE may come with a 192-bit memory bus and 12 GB of GDDR6 RAM, which positions it as a more budget-friendly alternative to its counterparts, priced at around $549 and $599. Expect official pricing to be determined closer to its launch date.
