La Quimera’s Launch Delayed
La Quimera, the intended release by the studio formerly known as 4A Ukraine, was set for today but has faced an unexpected delay. As of now, no timeframe has been provided for its rescheduled launch.
Dmytro Lymar, Co-founder and CEO of Reburn, addressed the fans saying, “We’d like to apologize for the unexpected delay in getting La Quimera out to you, our fans and supporters.”
Lymar added, “We are trying our best to address the matters as quickly as possible, while also navigating the circumstances we’re faced with here in Ukraine.”
The delay comes amidst ongoing issues affecting the development cycle, including a closed beta test that faced its own setbacks earlier this month. The April 25 launch date was officially announced without an update to the game’s Steam page, which still indicates it is “coming soon.”
Additionally, current events in Ukraine could be contributing to this disruption; recent missile and drone attacks have directly impacted the Reburn studio’s operations.
Fans are left wondering about the reasons behind this sudden postponement and how long it might extend. La Quimera remains a highly anticipated title, with its official website and related pages remaining silent on updates concerning its launch.
