The Elder Scrolls Online Marks Its 10th Anniversary with Server Keepsakes
Bethesda celebrates the anniversary by offering pieces of its servers as collectibles to fans.
Own a Piece of Tamriel
Bethesda has introduced a unique way of commemorating the 10-year anniversary of The Elder Scrolls Online, which technically celebrated its milestone last April. In a somewhat cheeky move, the company is offering fans the chance to own a piece of the game’s servers.
Originally announced via a Kotaku article, the special keepsakes consist of actual server RAM sticks that have been taken out of service. According to Bethesda, this initiative is designed for players who want something substantial to remember over a decade of camaraderie and adventures. The item will undoubtedly serve as a quirky trophy for die-hard fans, affixed in a frame alongside a commemorative plaque featuring the game’s logo.
Priced at $110, only 2,000 of these pieces will be produced, each complete with a certificate of authenticity and assigned a unique holographic sticker. Pre-orders are available now, with delivery expected in July.
This release is part of Bethesda’s broader strategy to revamp the MMO experience with a more seasonal structure and a new storyline titled “Seasons of the Worm Cult,” as confirmed by game director Rich Lambert.

Bethesda is clearly looking to continue engaging players as they evolve the game beyond the typical instanced updates that have characterized past expansions.
