Star Wars Zero Company: Revealing the Tactical Game by Ex-Firaxis Developers

A new tactical game called Star Wars Zero Company is set to be unveiled this weekend, developed by former Firaxis team members.

The upcoming tactical game titled Star Wars Zero Company, previously unveiled by developer Bit Reactor in 2024, is set to be revealed this weekend during the Star Wars Celebration in Japan.

Despite little information released thus far, it has been hinted that this game mirrors a Star Wars XCOM style, which is not surprising given that a significant portion of Bit Reactor’s team comprises of former developers from Firaxis, including Greg Foertsch and Hector Antunez.

Foertsch previously expressed that the tactical strategy genre “has the most room of any genre to grow,” indicating the company’s commitment to pushing boundaries within this field.

The official unveiling will take place on April 19, 2025, at 4:30 PM JST (12:30 AM PT / 3:30 AM ET). Expect an exclusive first look at the game during this event.
