Inzoi's Director Committed to Proving It's More Than Just Another Early Access Game
Inzoi's game director addresses player concerns and outlines plans for future updates.
Inzoi’s early access launch last week was met with skepticism, given the strong competition from franchises like The Sims. After a busy weekend filled with player feedback and hotfixes, Game Director Hyungjun “Kjun” Kim reassured players of his commitment to enhance the early access experience.
“Although we may be lacking right now, we are determined to prove that this is not just another ‘Early Access’ game that just takes advantage of it,” Kim stated, recognizing that many players felt the game lacked sufficient content.
Despite a relatively successful launch, with mostly positive reviews and 87,000 concurrent players, players expected deeper engagement compared to its competitors.
In response to feedback regarding crashes and content availability, Kjun offered his apologies along with a promise to continue expanding Inzoi. He detailed four major updates planned throughout the year, aimed at enriching game features such as an adoption system, relationship improvements, new furniture, and modding capabilities. Kjun emphasized that stability and thorough testing would be prioritized in future updates.
Stay tuned for upcoming features and updates in the ambitious Inzoi roadmap for 2025, as players eagerly await enhancements to a game that’s striving to stand out in the life simulation genre.
