Significant Update for Sons of the Forest Introduces Rafts and Major Fixes
The latest patch for Sons of the Forest introduces several noteworthy features, including buildable rafts and over 100 bug fixes.
The forest of Sons of The Forest has seen little activity recently. After a wildly successful early access phase and a full release last February, developer Endnight Games remained largely silent, issuing only a minor hotfix in June.
Now, significant news has arrived! A massive patch launched on Wednesday that introduces three buildable rafts and a mooring system to anchor them.
The update does not elaborate much on the rafts operations, yet an unaffiliated YouTube channel reviewed their functionality in-depth. You will be able to build small, large rafts, and even a cozy houseboat, all of which can be equipped for survival purposes.
In addition to rafts, the patch implements improvements to weapon aiming and extends game boundaries, addressing numerous bugs, including quirky animations for the cannibals and issues in hell caves.

This update could be the perfect opportunity to return to Sons of the Forest, especially for those who enjoyed the crafting system during early access.
