The former Intel CEO, Pat Gelsinger, has announced his latest venture, becoming the executive chairman at Gloo, a technology platform dedicated to faith organizations. This initiative aims to develop AI tools that align with Christian values, known as DeepSeek.

Gelsinger, who has been associated with Gloo for nearly a decade, expressed his enthusiasm on LinkedIn, stating, “Effective today, I have been named Gloo’s executive chair and head of technology. Gloo’s focus on creating a technology platform that connects and catalyzes the faith ecosystem perfectly aligns with my own sense of purpose.”

His primary mission will be to advance vertical industry clouds intended for faith communities and to ensure that AI enhances rather than harms human experience. Gelsinger emphasized the importance of technology in shaping positive social impacts, especially with the rapid evolution of AI.
