Epic Games Store has teased the mysterious launch of March 27, hinting that there will be two cat-themed games. The teaser has generated excitement among players about potential titles such as Stray, Cat Quest 3, and Little Kitty, Big City.

While waiting for the mystery games, players can still redeem Jurassic World Evolution 2 for free.

The free games offered by Epic Games have been happening for several years and have included historic moments, like when GTA 5 crashed the Epic Games Store website in 2020. Other games that had their moments are Saints Row and The Evil Within in 2023, and more recently Dragon Age: Inquisition - Game Of The Year Edition and Marvel’s Midnight Suns, which were part of the 2024 freebies. Now, the Epic Games Store has hinted at next week’s free games, which seem to focus on adorable themes.

Most comments expressed the hope to see Stray as one of the mystery titles. Released by Annapurna Interactive in 2022, Stray has become a significant hit, receiving notable nominations and awards. Some players also mentioned Little Kitty, Big City, which won gamers’ hearts quickly after its launch last year. The conversation also included lesser-known games like Cat Quest 1 and Cat Quest 2, both offered for free in 2023 and 2024, while others were excited about the prospect of Cat Quest 3. Some even recalled Night in the Woods, released by Infinite Fall in 2017.

Although the details of the cat-related mystery games remain under wraps, players can redeem Jurassic World Evolution 2 until then, a sequel that challenges players to build a successful dinosaur park.
