Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 Sells Quintuple Its Predecessor's First Month Figures

The sequel to the original game achieves remarkable sales milestones within the first month of release, significantly outperforming its predecessor.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has achieved impressive sales figures within its first month, selling five times more than the original game. This data pertains to US sales, indicating a strong financial haul for Warhorse Studios.

Mat Piscatella from Circana shared insights on the game’s performance, stating:

“The launch month dollar sales total Kingdom Come: Deliverance II reached in February 2025 was more than 5 times higher than that the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance achieved during its February 2018 debut.”

This gives Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 the title of the second-best-selling premium game in the US, surpassed only by the massive sales of Monster Hunter Wilds.

This performance reflects Warhorse’s successful development strategies and the appeal of rich, immersive gameplay mechanics, putting the sequel well ahead of its predecessor.
