Lethal Company Creator Shares Newfound Love for REPO After Hilarious Experience

The creator of Lethal Company, Zeekerss, has praised the new co-op horror game REPO after testing it with friends, emphasizing its comedic moments.

REPO is the latest co-op horror game competing with Lethal Company. Both games set players against terrifying monsters in intricate maps while they aim to collect loot. Contrary to the competitive nature, Zeekerss, the creator of Lethal Company, has offered constructive feedback to the developers at Semiwork.

In a social media post, Zeekerss expressed enthusiasm for the new game:

“REPO is fun. At first, I thought I didn’t like it since I felt so slow (and voice chat range is too small!). But everyone in the group is working together to move a grand piano through a cramped old mansion without scraping it—that is like the most funny objective for a horror game.”

His experience highlights how cooperative gameplay can lead to amusing and unexpected moments, such as trying to maneuver awkwardly shaped items through tight spaces while avoiding monsters.

Despite being in early access, REPO shows promise with upcoming updates that will introduce more content, including new maps and features like facial expressions. Zeekerss also mentioned the need for improvements in voice chat dynamics and enemy transparency during gameplay, which echoes his critiques of similar titles.

This new game quickly gained traction among friends, creating a fun and engaging experience, proving to be a highlight of his gaming week.
