World of Warcraft’s new Delve system aims to provide an engaging solo experience for players. Brann, a companion in the game, was recently given a tanking role to enhance gameplay experience. However, many players found this change too beneficial, allowing them to progress easily through Delve challenges.

In response to community feedback, Brann’s tank specialization received several nerfs, including a significant increase in damage taken and a reduction in health. Community Manager Kaivax acknowledged these changes in a forum post, stating, “Over the first few days of Season 2, we’ve noted that Brann’s tank specialization has been the best choice for completing Delves by a lot.”

While the intention was to offer a balanced gameplay experience, some players expressed disappointment, suggesting that the nerfs restrict their playstyle options.
