Guild Wars 2 just revealed an exciting array of Twitch Drops to commemorate the upcoming Repentance update, which includes the Mini Lion Cub, Fuzzy Panda Hat bundle, and a bag slot expansion. By watching a total of five hours of Guild Wars 2 on Twitch from March 11 through March 16, players can earn these items without needing to log into the game.

Recently, Guild Wars 2 also announced the Repentance update, the second major update in the Janthir Wilds expansion. This patch introduces the Wayfinder in the Mistburned Barrens, where the ancient Mursaat ruins of Bava Nisos continue the storyline following the Titan’s defeat during the Guild Wars 2: Godspawn update.

How to Claim Guild Wars 2 Repentance Twitch Drops

1. Link your Guild Wars 2 and Twitch accounts.
2. Watch any streamer in the Guild Wars 2 category on Twitch from March 11 at 9 AM PT to March 16 at 11:59 PM PT to obtain the following rewards:
   • 1.5 hours: Mini Lion Cub
   • 3.5 hours: Fuzzy Panda Hat, Upgrade Extractor, 2x Heroic Boosters
   • 5 hours: Bag Slot Expansion
3. After completing the requirements, claim your rewards from the Twitch Drops inventory.
4. Items will be sent via in-game mail upon your next login.

The Mini Lion Cub and Fuzzy Panda Hat were previously obtainable from the Gem Store in Guild Wars 2, priced at 400 and 200 Gems respectively. The Bag Slot Expansion costs 400 Gems each, providing enhanced storage for a single Guild Wars 2 character. Given that 400 gems equate to approximately $5, the combined value of these Twitch Drops is around $15.

While players do need to own the Janthir Wilds to access the new Mistburned Barrens and experience most of the Repentance update, earning these Twitch Drops is open to everyone. However, acquiring the Guild Wars 2 expansion provides access to seasonal rewards in the Wizard’s Vault and allows players to travel to Janthir Wilds zones, plus enjoy the Godspawn and Repentance updates.
