Warhammer: Vermintide 2 has reached the impressive milestone of seven years since its launch. To celebrate, developer Fatshark is hosting an anniversary event, which will last until March 16. The highlight of this event is the return of a unique mission titled “A Quiet Drink,” where players can take their characters into new challenges and earn rewards.

In addition to this mission, a new Versus map called “A Grudge Served Cold” has been introduced, revamped for competitive play with new objectives. Players will also receive double XP during this period, allowing them to advance their characters significantly.

However, amid the excitement comes news that a much-anticipated weapon pack will not be released this year, as mentioned by the developers. They have assured fans that they still intend to finalize and release it in the future.
