Monster Hunter Wilds: Save Your Rare Hunts for Later

The new feature in Monster Hunter Wilds allows players to save hunts for later rather than rushing.

In Monster Hunter Wilds, you can now save hunts for future convenience. Here’s how:

Saving Hunts

Once you progress sufficiently in the game, you can bookmark monsters on the world map. This allows you to conduct the hunts later if you’re unable to do it immediately.

  • To save a hunt, hover over the monster on the map and press A on Xbox (or F on keyboard).
  • Then select ‘Save as Investigation’ to create a quest for later.

This is particularly useful as it allows up to three attempts at the saved investigation, ensuring you can gather rare monster parts without the rush.

Costs

Keep in mind that saving these investigations costs Guild Points. Most players will find that the costs are manageable.

“Saving a field survey as an investigation isn’t free: It’ll cost you a few hundred Guild Points.”

Conclusion

This new feature enriches the gameplay experience in Monster Hunter Wilds by allowing players to manage their hunts effectively, encountering the thrill of the chase on their schedule.
