YouTuber Invites Over 800,000 People to Edit His Homework
A YouTuber sparked chaos by allowing a massive online audience to edit his school assignment, resulting in hilarious and chaotic edits.
When I write for a living, having someone jump into my Google Docs to ensure I haven’t written something too ridiculous can be daunting. It’s an aspect I dread—who wants someone else to read and critique their work? However, YouTuber Beluga recently invited 833,013 people to contribute to a document titled: “A Hermeneutic Exploration of KSI’s ‘Thick of It’ and its Multilayered Significance.”
The chaotic video shows Beluga drafting a message to his entire server stating, “My school project is due in 10 mins. pls help!!!!!”. It quickly escalates, with over 100 users entering the document almost immediately, seemingly starting off with genuine edits before some mischief-makers destroy the whole document.
Soon, the document becomes a jumbled mess of memes, random phrases, and absurd contributions, ultimately expanding to over 600 pages before Google Docs crashes. The one-minute video mixes wholesome moments with chaotic online behavior, showcasing Beluga’s unique style of content creation. Glancing through Beluga’s channel, it seems like this might just be one of many chaotic endeavors, including attempts like “Giving 841,709 people my Netflix password.”
