Monster Hunter Wilds hasn’t even been released in most regions yet, but Capcom is already sharing details about its first major update. Previously, some content about Wilds’ roadmap was revealed during February’s State of Play, including that Mizutsune would be the first post-launch monster.
Update Details
Title Update 1 will be released in early April, allowing players plenty of time to enjoy the game’s story and engage in High Rank grinding.
Additionally, Capcom appears to be addressing concerns from the Monster Hunter community regarding the game’s perceived ease. Discussions surrounding monster difficulty and the absence of certain player spaces have sparked considerable conversation on social media. The Monster Hunter Twitter account has explicitly mentioned updates that will include new challenges and perhaps even a social hub where hunters can interact after completing the main story.
Players can expect:
- New formidable monsters that may challenge even the most seasoned hunters.
- A Place to Gather, where players can meet, share meals, and socialize once they finish the main story.
Capcom seems committed to keeping the excitement alive around Monster Hunter Wilds as the game approaches its global launch.
