Delay in Rewards for Monopoly GO Share The Love Event

Scopely announces the postponement of the reward distribution for the Monopoly GO Share The Love event due to distribution issues.

Scopely has announced a delay in the distribution of the rewards for the Monopoly GO Share The Love event. The rewards, including Free Rolls and Blue Sticker Packs, were initially scheduled to be sent out on February 21, shortly after the Valentine’s Day-themed event concluded. Players have voiced their frustrations over Scopely’s lack of communication regarding this delay.

Originally, three milestones were set for the Share The Love event: 800,000 trades for 70 Rolls, 1 million trades for 90 Rolls, and 1.3 million trades for a Blue Sticker Pack. The community exceeded 1.5 million trades, leading to the promise of rewards on February 21. However, following the event’s conclusion, many players reported issues with receiving their rewards.

Scopely has confirmed that they encountered problems during the reward distribution process and are working to resolve these as swiftly as possible. Some players expressed disappointment over the lack of acknowledgment from the developers ahead of this announcement, with opinions shared on social media platforms such as Reddit. Players have differing views on how to handle the situation, with some suggesting patience while others demand accountability and possibly compensation for the delay.
