Ubisoft has announced a new era for Rainbow Six Siege, which will kick off with a showcase in March for its redesign as Rainbow Six Siege X. According to Ubisoft, “The R6 team has been working tirelessly to bring to life the biggest transformation in the game’s history,” aiming to reinforce its spot at the top of tactical first-person shooters.

The company plans to unveil new gameplay features, tactical enhancements, and significant visual upgrades. A teaser trailer has been released, indicating a dramatic shift in gameplay dynamics like environmental destruction and new character abilities.

The full details of Siege X will be shown during the showcase on March 13 at 5 PM GMT (12 PM EST).
