Get your Pip Boys out, we’re leveling up!
Amazon’s Fallout TV show season 2 has now concluded. While some plotlines were tied up, others were left open, setting the stage for season 3, which is rumored to begin filming this summer. In this article, we delve into the character progression by analyzing their levels at the end of the season.
Spoilers ahead for Fallout season 2
At the end of season 1, the character levels were somewhat unexpected. Lucy only reached level 8, while other characters like The Ghoul hit level 89. Maximus barely made it to level 9, and Thaddeus surprisingly achieved level 50 through unforeseen events.
For season 2, I tracked the experience points (XP) gained by each character through various activities including quest completions, monster encounters, and pivotal story decisions.
Lucy: Level 9
- Total XP gained: 1,150XP
Lucy couldn’t surpass her level from the first season, struggling with her major quest regarding her father’s fate. Notable actions include: - Bartering for information.
- Failing speech checks which led to dire consequences.
The Ghoul: Level 89
- Total XP gained: 1,640XP Despite facing challenges in his quest to locate his family, The Ghoul had a productive season, defeating numerous enemies and contributing significantly to group efforts.
Maximus: Level 10
- Total XP gained: 1,215XP Maximus achieved his goal of leveling up to 10, showing impressive skills in combat and completing goals.
Thaddeus: Level 50
- Total XP gained: 790XP Thaddeus retained his flair for humor and destruction, although he barely gained any levels this season, achieving some bizarre feats.
Norm: Level 4
- Total XP gained: 1,530XP Norm managed to survive and escape the vault, earning himself some crucial experience, albeit somewhat accidently throughout the season.
Hank: Level ???
- Total XP gained: 2,355XP Hank stood out this season, effectively gathering XP through shrewd business dealings and completing several vital tasks.
In summary, while some characters thrived this season, others struggled. But there’s always next season for them to improve!
