In a recent interview, tabseN shared insights about the team and talked about the return of hyped:
“I’m glad that he also said yes to us, tabseN said about bringing back the AWPer.”
Johannes “tabseN” Wodarz has been a significant figure in BIG, but the organization struggled previously with the right mix of players. In a move during the winter break, BIG replaced Florian “syrsoN” Rische and Rigon “rigoN” Gashi with Marcel “hyped” Köhn and Can “kyuubii” Ali. Hyped has since impressed with outstanding performances right after joining the team.
After their recent victory against FlyQuest at PGL Cluj-Napoca, tabseN discussed the new roster and commented:
“We were just laughing it off our shoulders. It felt good to be back on the two last maps, but Inferno was kind of rough.”
He expressed his pride in the team’s unity and potential as they navigate the early stages of the season. Hyped’s transition has also been noted for his maturity as remarked by tabseN:
“The biggest difference is he grew up as a person. He now knows what he wants, he’s giving good criticism and feedback…”
This league’s new strategy and changes hint at a promising future for BIG as they work towards enhancing their gameplay. Every player in this team is a crucial part of the synergy they’re building.
