The Asus ROG Xbox Ally is noted as a favorite among handheld gaming PCs, enhanced further with its recent update introducing tailored game profiles. This new feature caters to different games by providing specific settings to improve both gameplay and battery life without the need for manual adjustments. For instance, in Hollow Knight: Silksong, the Default Game Profile can extend battery life by nearly an hour compared to performance settings while maintaining an impressive 120 fps frame rate.
Currently, the update supports around 40 games, including popular titles such as Fortnite, Gears of War: Reloaded, and Hollow Knight: Silksong. With promises to expand support to over 150 titles, the feature aims to enhance the handheld gaming experience and is accessible through the Asus Armoury Crate application.
