Patch Update for Marvel Rivals Set for November 27 Revealed

NetEase Games announces the details of the forthcoming patch for Marvel Rivals, offering players new content and events.

NetEase Games has shared the patch notes for Marvel Rivals, detailing all the upcoming updates for the game set for November 27. This update includes the newly launched Season 5, bringing the Strategist Gambit to the shooter’s roster. Fans are excited for the major mid-season update anticipated in December, with various new content additions arriving beforehand.

As part of its ongoing support, this live-service title regularly introduces new events and modes to engage players. Noteworthy among the recent updates is a PvE mode linked with the hit Disney+ series Marvel Zombies, where players can join forces to combat zombie waves. However, only selected heroes make appearances, including The Punisher, Magik, Thor, Blade, and Jeff the Land Shark. This mode garnered a positive response, leading to a significant rise in the number of players joining the game.

In addition to these exciting changes, the Elders’ Chessboard event rewards dedicated players with the opportunity to earn the stylish free Iron Spider skin for Spider-Man. This costume features a distinctive red and gold design from the comics that many fans adore.

Patch Update Highlights

  • New Game Mode: A fresh 18v18 Annihilation mode, along with an expansive new map titled Grand Garden.
  • Event Pass: Introducing Jeff’s Break Time, packed with new cosmetic options for Jeff the Land Shark and other characters.
  • Anniversary Rewards: Players can earn 2,500 Units during the Anniversary Celebration event.
